Delivery Options

How to Check Delivery for a Product

To see delivery times and options for a specific headboard, please check the “Delivery Options Explained” tab located above the Add to Cart button on the product page.

This will show:

  • Estimated delivery time

  • Available delivery services

  • Any additional charges based on your postcode


Manufacturer Direct Dispatch

Some products are shipped directly from our manufacturers’ warehouses using their approved courier services.
Please refer to the delivery information tab on each individual product page for exact details.


Standard Warehouse Dispatch

If your order is dispatched from our warehouse (or is already in stock):

  • Orders are typically sent on a 2–3 working day courier service

  • Some items are dispatched within 3 working days of order

  • You’ll receive an email on the day of dispatch, including tracking details or a confirmed delivery day


Delivery Timeframes

Subject to availability, delivery times can range from:

  • Next working day

  • Up to 6 weeks, depending on the product and manufacturer


Non-Mainland UK Deliveries

For deliveries outside mainland UK — including:

  • Northern Ireland

  • Channel Islands

  • Isle of Man

  • Isle of Wight

  • Scottish Highlands & Western Isles

We’re happy to provide a competitive delivery quote based on the product, size, and postcode.

Delivery Times

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday

  • Between 8:30am – 5:30pm (excluding bank holidays)

Deliveries outside these hours may be possible by prior arrangement and may incur a small surcharge.
You’ll be contacted by email or telephone when your order is ready for dispatch.

 Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel your order at any time.
If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse or a manufacturer’s warehouse, a returns collection fee will apply.

If you have benefited from any promotional offers (such as voucher codes), refunds will be adjusted accordingly.


Made to Order Items – Cancellation Terms

Many of our products are made to order in the UK and production begins shortly after your order is placed.

As these items are manufactured specifically for you, they are not eligible for return once production has commenced, except in the case of a fault or damage.

If you choose to cancel your order after we have started processing or attempted to confirm delivery arrangements, a cancellation charge of up to 25% of the order value may be applied.

This charge reflects costs already incurred, including materials, labour, and administration, and will always be fair and proportionate to the stage of production.

Your Right to Return

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (formerly Distance Selling Regulations).

You must notify us within 7 working days of receiving your goods if you wish to return them.


Returns Conditions

The following conditions apply:

  • A returns collection fee of £29 applies to cover part of the collection cost

  • Any upgraded delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Goods must be:

    • Unused and unassembled

    • Returned in original packaging

    • Kept in good condition until collected

Collections take place Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm (all-day service due to courier restrictions).


Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for special order items, including:

  • Made-to-measure headboards

  • Rattan, leather, and some upholstered headboards made to order


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Please sign for the delivery as “damaged” or “unchecked”

  • Contact us immediately

  • Provide photos of the damage so we can assess the issue

No returns charge applies for manufacturer faults.
The same care and packaging conditions apply for exchanges or collections.


Returns at Point of Delivery

If you refuse delivery for reasons other than damage (e.g. wrong size ordered, colour choice, fitting issues), the returns fee of approximately £29 will still apply.


Refunds

Once the item has been returned to us in re-saleable condition, a refund (less applicable fees) will be processed within 14 days.
