Making a Purchase
Placing an order on our website is straightforward. Browse our store, add items to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout to complete your order.
We accept payment via:

Debit and credit cards (including Visa and MasterCard)
Telephone orders (payment taken securely by card)

Order Acceptance & Contract Formation
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
A legally binding contract is formed only when we issue an invoice or dispatch the goods. This protects both parties in the event of pricing errors or product availability issues. If a price change is required, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
Pricing & VAT
All prices displayed on our website include VAT at the current UK standard rate.
We currently sell and deliver to addresses within England, Scotland, and Wales.
Delivery
Delivery times and options vary depending on the product and manufacturer. Please refer to the Delivery Options & Returns page and the delivery information shown on individual product pages.
Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm, excluding bank holidays.
Customers must ensure someone is available to accept delivery. We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery where delivery has failed due to unavailability.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order on delivery. Any damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery to allow us to make a prompt claim with the courier.
Where possible, please sign for deliveries as “damaged” or “unchecked” and provide photographic evidence.
Returns & Cancellations

In summary:
You may cancel your order in line with your statutory rights
Returns fees may apply once goods have been dispatched
Special order items, including made-to-measure and bespoke headboards, are excluded from standard returns
Please ensure goods are returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a re-saleable condition.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items
Bespoke, made-to-measure, and certain upholstered or rattan headboards are manufactured specifically to customer order and are non-returnable.
If you wish to cancel a bespoke order, you must notify us within 3 working days of placing your order. After this period, a cancellation fee of 25% of the order value may apply.
Guarantee
All products are supplied with a minimum 30-day guarantee.
Additional manufacturer warranties may apply and will be detailed on individual product pages
Payment Security
All online payments are processed securely using PCI DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store full card details on our systems. Our website is protected by SSL encryption.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded under UK law.

Governing Law
